HRP SERVICES coordinates all technical, logistical and administrative support for the Academic Specialization Program (PEA), one of the most strategic initiatives for the training of healthcare professionals in Angola.
The program has already trained more than 120 doctors in 39 clinical and surgical specialties in Brazil, while another 45 professionals are currently undergoing training at higher education institutions and teaching hospitals.
Integrated into the Health Human Resources Training Program (PFRHS), the result of Brazil-Angola cooperation, the PEA aims to train, educate and specialize doctors, nurses and professionals from various areas to strengthen the Angolan health system.
Data from the Ministry of Health of Angola (MINSA) indicate that initiatives like the PEA already benefit 11.648 professionals (2026) in the country. Angola is one of the important countries in African geopolitics.
